Excellent experience over many years with BIBS

I have banked with BIBS for many years and have always been impressed by their knowledge and friendliness. Recently I withdrew money from my account and when I arrived home I discovered it was £10 short. Within. 10 minutes of my arriving home BIBS were on the phone to apologise and to confirm that the money had been placed back into my account. I really was impressed by them. ISA investment

Invested on line in a fixed rate ISA by transfer from a BBS savings account - very easy to set up. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
