The ISA interest rates are Good

The ISA interest rates are not market leaders but very good. I like the fact I can transfer money from my ISA to my Bank account and it is there within days. On tel. Bath BS the staff are always friendly and helpful and after many years I am still with them as there is no need to change. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

My experience has been good generally, but I'm disappointed that I can no longer request transfers of money to my bank account by telephone or email and my nearest branch is inaccessible since the local agency closed down. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Thoughts from a former Bathonian.

I lived in Bath for many years, saving with the Bath Building Society. It was more than efficient but a pleasure to look into the branch as and when needed. For family reasons I no longer live in Bath, however I find that I can continue to manage my account efficiently via their excellent on-line service. I had no problem updating my home address with them following the move (which was not the case with some financial service providers). Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
