Good savings rates, good responses to queries, give you warning if not meeting withdrawal terms so can qvoid penalties. Documents easy to understand. Reviewed on: 15th September 2024

Friendly, ethical and helpful

Provided my first mortgage, helped when I paid it off when I moved home, always had at least one savings account. I like it that tey recognise loyal members, and have maintained their mutal status. Sending me a birthday card on my 70th was unexpected, not sure I wanted to be reminded... Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
