Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. Wheater on the phone or in person, I find the staff very helpful. When I couldn't get into the bath branch. Rachel at the Oldfield park branch was very helpful in transferring some funds for me. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
