Terrible customer service

Staff told me wrong information over the phone regarding my overdraft. Now received overdraft fee and they won't review the phone call to see that I was told wrong information - told me they can't refund the money and it's in the 'small print' Reviewed on: 31st August 2017

I Love Nationwide

They cater to all your needs. In branch staff are very courteous and friendly and have great suggestions that they offer to customers e.g. re-mortgaging to save you money by changing to a lower interest rate - saved £1,600 per year. Very happy with that. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Best bank account

I have had a flex account with Nationwide for nearly 25 years. The extras you get with the account are fantastic - travel insurance, mobile phone and breakdown cover. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone for their first class customer service and products on offer. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

They just don't listen to customer feedback!

Having banked with Nationwide for over three decades, I was disappointed that staff don't take notice of customer feedback. It's not acceptable to display politically-motivated posters inside branches. The result? I took my £150K to Santander. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017
