Easy to use, easy to change.

A fantastic current account I've had for years. No surprise fees. Very simple online access - I was able to change my overdraft instantly. Whenever I've had to contact Nationwide about the account I get through instantly and receive wonderful service. Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

Brilliant customer service really helpful

I travel abroad fairly regularly - once logged onto my account there's a message facility. All I have to do is send them a message to let them know what country I will be in and they make sure I can access my money. Brilliantly simple, you can also make enquiries and changes by this . I don't think I have ever had a single issue with Nationwide. Maybe on two occasions over the last few years internet banking has been down! That's it! Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

Simple & straightforward current account.

I can't rate Nationwide highly enough - I've moved all my banking products over to them. Staff in branch are lovely and helpful. Online services quick, easy and efficient. In 6 years I've never had one problem with them Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

very smooth no bother in general

only letdown is not much incentivisation for basic account members, ive been a basic account holder for over 10 years and am still on same account last time i asked about moving to a normal account without looking into it i was told wouldnt happen, this was some 4 years ago and embarrasment prevents me pursuing again lol. I've had four Nationwide Flexaccounts for over 35 years now, and I've never had a bother. The staff are helpful and friendly, I've never been charged a penny to use the bank, and I've never had a problem. Here's to another 35 years Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
