very smooth no bother in general

only letdown is not much incentivisation for basic account members, ive been a basic account holder for over 10 years and am still on same account last time i asked about moving to a normal account without looking into it i was told wouldnt happen, this was some 4 years ago and embarrasment prevents me pursuing again lol.
