Excellent customer service

Fantastic, Easy, Helpful

Brilliant bank with easy to use online banking and extremely helpful staff both in the branch and on the internet. No matter the needs there is always someone to speak to regarding your bank account. I had an issue with fraud and was immediately contacted by a staff member at my local nationwide branch regarding having the money put back into my bank account! Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Nationwide Flex Account is the best current account on the market!

If you want a current account with extras at no cost whatsoever then the Nationwide Flex Account is for you. I have been with Nationwide since 1989 and have to say they are first class for customer service and have never had ridiculous bank charges. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Decent Account but Lacks Personal Care

The account itself is fine but the customer services are not fantastic. They also don't seem to value their loyal customers over new customers, which I find highly annoying and insulting. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

quick efficient reliable and easy to manage

I've had experience of most of the major UK banks and have to say that, in the two years I've banked with Nationwide, I've experienced no problems at all. Everything runs like clockwork. Easy to use, easy to change.

A fantastic current account I've had for years. No surprise fees. Very simple online access - I was able to change my overdraft instantly. Whenever I've had to contact Nationwide about the account I get through instantly and receive wonderful service. Reviewed on: 17th February 2016
