Extremely easy to use and maintain

I have had a flexaccount with nationwide for 2 years now and I have never ever had any issues or complications with my account. My app allows me to easily keep an eye on my account and daily transactions. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

They have been the best bank I have ever dealt with by far. I have had several weird things occur to my bank accounts and they have been so professional and helpful at all times, no matter who I have spoken with. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love Nationwide - I can transfer my money into my (adult) kids other Bank Accounts anytime 24/7 unlike my main Bank Account held with RBS where if I transfer money on a Saturday it isn't in the kids Accounts until Monday! Nationwide's staff whether in Branch or on the phone will always help to resolve any problem quickly and fairly. And if they say that they will call you back - they do! Still with them after all these years!

I joined Nationwide decades ago when they were the first bank to introduce a free banking service. I have remained with them ever since and I can honestly say they have never let me down with anything. I still get free banking and can even use my cards abroad without hidden charges. Best bank account

I have used Nationwide for over 25 years for my salary being paid in and my direct debits. They are really friendly and I never have any problems with charges, etc. Their customer service on the telephone is also excellent. I would recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 19th May 2016

A current account with a bonus

I have a flex account with the Nationwide which is so easy to access on line and transferring money to my other accounts or for one-off payments is really easy (I pay regular bills by Direct Debit). As my salary, in excess of £750 per month is paid into the account I get travel insurance for holidays in the UK or Europe completely free. As someone who travels several times a year this is a real bonus and saves me real cash. I am really pleased Reviewed on: 19th May 2016

Never had a problem with nationwide, nothing ever too much trouble!

I've been with nationwide for about 15 years now and never had a bad word to say about them. Nothing is ever too much trouble for you and even when I've had account related issues I've never found them difficult to deal with and they always do their best to help.
