Darlington were one of the few mortgage lenders who would offer us a mortgage due to our ages. They recognised we had excellent credit ratings and supported our aspiration to own a home again. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Very helpful and understanding

We found Darlington Building Society very helpful with our situation and we're great in supplying us with a great mortgage. Also so easy to renew after our two year fixed rate was up. They gave plenty of options, fully recommend. Reviewed on: 20th April 2025

It's ok .But staff need to learn politeness& C Service.

It's ok . Regularly get updates which is good . Spoke over the phone 2 times didn't find them polite. My mortgage ws/is 6.89 % which ridiculous but at the time interest was rising by Bank of England every other week Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Great Service, great people

Darlington Building Society were one of the very few companies offering mortgages to the over 65 age group when we got our mortgage from them 9 year’s ago.
