Customer Service at its best!

Suzanne Eccleston explained all that I needed to know regarding switching mortgages in a clear and concise manner. She was friendly and helpful and put me at ease. I have to say that since getting our Mortgage from you in 2016 I have found my few interactions with your staff to be easy and they are all so friendly and helpful. Great Service, great people

Darlington Building Society were one of the very few companies offering mortgages to the over 65 age group when we got our mortgage from them 9 year’s ago. They have looked after us well since then and will stay with them until mortgage free in a few years time. Customer service personnel are so helpful. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
