CLAIM NON FAULT , NO RETURN REMAINING PREMIUM

Hi I had car collision in August 2024, not my fault, made a claim , my car has been written off, I received my valuation within 2 weeks...and here's the thing, my claim is still open! and I've been told I still have to pay my monthly premium and If I want to cancel my policy then I have to pay remaning premium! I do not even own the car any more! It's been written off and they keep charging me every month for something I do not own any more! what a scam! and the claim was not my fault! avoid this company! Just avoid - like the plague

Absolutely useless. Can't contact them to cancel a policy (sold the car), so they're now illegally insuring a car I no longer own... their web site is atrocious - the chat bot is jacked up on speed or the digital equivalent. The phone line automation is awful. I can't get my policy number because I can't log in, I can't get through to a person because (a) they never answer and (b) you need your policy number to get through the stupid automated system. And to top it off, I have over 6 months left on the policy and the 'admin fees' will be MORE than the refund value... it's going to COST ME to cancel. What an absolute joke. worst customer support

These guys are totally useless! I have tried to just log into my account for over a month and no one there could even mange to get emails to be sent to me. I tried online and they would just end the chat without helping me on multiple occasions and I would try calling them and they would just hang up on me on multiple occasions. I would strongly recommend everyone to steer well clear of this company!!! Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Avoid - useless

Esure were fine until it came to making a claim. Constant miscommunication, hours wasted repeating myself daily. Low balled the valuation of my write off and issued me a cheque before an agreement was made to an address I no longer live at. Honestly completely useless, avoid at all costs. New customer, DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

I am a new customer with my policy only being started for one day and an unsatisfied customer. You cannot speak with eSure Flex via the phone when you ring 01737 222222 and wait three minutes to listen to their legal rubbish you only get informed to talk to their Auto bot who doesn't even do anything online. The staff on the phone are very unhelpful and rude! I just want to talk to a live person and not a computer. My query cannot be answered by an auto bot! Reviewed on: 7th December 2023

No customer service at all

Esure insist that claims are logged online. Which would be ok if their software works, which it definitely doesn’t. Their protracted online claim form freezes after a few screens. I tried this 4 times and it happened each time. It eventually worked on a tablet. It’s impossible to see your documents online as their website just produces a blank page. Waited for call to be answered for 45-50 minutes numerous times and each time call ended with no answer. They apply the same technique to their “chat” which also goes unanswered after very long waits. Basically avoid this company like the plague, they are the WORST Reviewed on: 5th December 2023

Don't answer phone

This company harrassed me to allow them to handle repairs to my car after their customer hit it. Don't let them !! They don't answer the phone and will make your life very difficult. So far i have spent 5 hours on the phone - almost all of it on hold. Customer care is very poor. Reviewed on: 29th November 2023

Had insurance with Esure for years and usually multi car. Partner got a new car,went through gocompare website then onto Esure to take out a new policy.Once the details were put in the new car registration kicked my car I had insured for a year and half OUT of the policy without any warning or email of this happening although I was the policy holder.Pulled over by the Traffic Police yesterday and fined £300, 6 points on my licence aswell having to pay £200 for to get my car out of the impound because Esure switched the cars over instead of starting a new policy. Called Esure to which they agreed it was an administrative error on their part and sent a cover letter for the police but once I called for a proof of insurance to get the car back from the impound I was called a liar on the phone and laughed at.Im now having to plead not guilty and fight it in court wish me luck. Poor Communication. Takes forever for anyone to pick up calls or respond to the Chat Live online. At the 1 hr 5 mins point I did manage to speak to an agent. I asked my query and she then proceeded to put me back on hold telling me she would be back shortly. This is where I find myself 3hr and 20 mins later. Online Chat keeps advising they will be with us shortly. Unimpressed. This is one of a few poor incidents where I have needed to get in touch with the insurance. Will not be using again. I used to use e-sure for everything

They are the worst company ever. Firstly their customer services barely speak any English. They don't know anything, and can't do anything that benefits you in any way, like giving any information about your claims history. Beware this company they are shocking. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023
