CLAIM NON FAULT , NO RETURN REMAINING PREMIUM

Hi I had car collision in August 2024, not my fault, made a claim , my car has been written off, I received my valuation within 2 weeks...and here's the thing, my claim is still open! and I've been told I still have to pay my monthly premium and If I want to cancel my policy then I have to pay remaning premium! I do not even own the car any more! It's been written off and they keep charging me every month for something I do not own any more! what a scam! and the claim was not my...
