Avoid - useless

Esure were fine until it came to making a claim. Constant miscommunication, hours wasted repeating myself daily. Low balled the valuation of my write off and issued me a cheque before an agreement was made to an address I no longer live at. Honestly completely useless, avoid at all costs.
