Poor

Poor Communication. Takes forever for anyone to pick up calls or respond to the Chat Live online. At the 1 hr 5 mins point I did manage to speak to an agent. I asked my query and she then proceeded to put me back on hold telling me she would be back shortly. This is where I find myself 3hr and 20 mins later. Online Chat keeps advising they will be with us shortly. Unimpressed. This is one of a few poor incidents where I have needed to get in touch with the insurance. Will not be using again.
