Great value, great company

I have been with Hastings Direct for 4 years now and have never had a reason to change. Their car insurance is great value for money, their app is so simple and easy to use and their customer service is super quick and very helpful. Big premium increase

The renewal price was around 50% more than last year which I think is excessive as I haven't made any claims. I checked online but it was the same everywhere else so I stayed with Hastings Direct. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
