Ok until you actually have to use them.

Ok until you actually have to use them. I was involved in a no fault hit and run where the other party accepted liability. They have severely under valued my vehicle at (offered £500 for a car valued at £1850). Ignored my emails and disputes, and will bully and coerce you into accepting an offer. If you call they'll put you on hold for ages in the hopes you give up. Ignore the bots on here and don't bother. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025
