Fuss free and easy

Have been with Hastings for a number of years and have been very impressed with the ease of setting up and renewal. Also very pleased not to have unnecessary or unexpected yearly increases on my car insurance premium! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Great all rounder for car enthusiast

When calling the company, the wait times are short. The staff are knowledgable and assist in my queries. The price isn’t the cheapest but they cover much more than standard insurers. Overall a great company who I renew with yearly. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Does the job

Can't say anything beyond it does what you expect. Don't hear from them but I haven't really had to be in contact for any reason. Auto renewal of policy is a pain in the backside however as they make it difficult to turn off. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Listen too you eventually

Used them for occasional travel in a third car.Used a monitor linked to a phone app.Once it was made clear to them that it was an “occasional “ use vehicle they stopped harassing me and accepted the use I’d signed up for. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Lied directly to both my son and myself, untrustworthy atworthy

They talk a good game, but have so many loopholes to avoid paying out that you'd have to be Saul Goodman to stand a chance. One of their operatives lied directly to both my son and I individually. It is a long tedious story and I won't bore you with the details, since the complaint is still ongoing, but I will tell you that they are dishonest grifters and absolutely not to be trusted at all. Terrible
