Disgusting

massive price hikes, deliberate incorrect information put into policy so they can claim the insurance is invalid. online chats are appalling. quite often chat to people who DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PROPERLY. PHYSICALLY LAUGH AT YOU DOWN THE PHONE. Disrespectful, uncooperative, arrogant, discriminating. VERY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Free to make better purchase choices

About 14 years ago PayPal offered me £1500 credit. I didn't use it for years then pay in 3 came along. I didn't think I would use it. How wrong I was. When it came to difficult purchases like a new bed etc Pay in 3 enabled me to spread the payments in a way that suited my money management much better. I am now freer to make more purchases on urgent items I would normally have to wait to buy, or, maybe that treat/deal that would pass by I would not be able to purchase straight away.
