I would be careful with the claim service staff

My husband has been with Hastings Direct for 2 years. On one ocasion they wrongly put in their files that it was my husband fault on a no fault accident. The car was actualy parked and with no one in it, which is funny enough. So I would recommend to pay attention to this one as it can affect your next year premium price. straightforward easy to use app and very good insurance for a very reasonable price, easy to use and buy online or using the app. when i needed to phone them after an accident they were very polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

renewel quote high but reduced it after a phone call

Got a renewel quote which was nearly twice as much as last year so did a comparison and rang them up and told them the comparison quote and a very nice man got me a quote much much lower and not much more than the previous years quote Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Unbeaten Hastings Direct renewal quote

My car insurance renewal with Hastings had increased more than l was expecting especially with an additional years no claim bonus. I therefore shopped around but couldn’t find anything comparable worth charging for so l renewed with Hastings. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Hastings car insurance...

I initially went with Hastings car insurance because they were offering the lowest prices but this includes the use of a black box to track your driving. After the first 12 months, upon renewal I was able keep my current policy at a reasonable price and no need for black box. All in all very good. Reviewed on: 31st August 2024
