Their systems are an absolute mess.

Their systems are an absolute mess. I received a quote for 493. They asked me whether I want to “check the price to protect my NCB”. When I did, the base price went up to 535. I tried to change the date of cover by one day and changed it back to see if I can get back to the original price, it went up to over 600. Nothing else changed - not excess, driver details, NCB, nothing! Their call centre cant even see the prices I was quoted even though I have screenshots of the original journey I followed.
