Hiked prices.

Car insurance for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. The prices go up each year on renewal. Have to ring them up to get it reduced. Administration costs are ridiculously high at £75. They go up each year. Was told this included part of the payment for the car insurance, but that was untrue as a breakdown showed it was already added in the main insurance. Breakdown cover is included, but they won't allow car insurance without it. Very annoying as I could have got breakdown cover for a lot cheaper. Going to have to go elsewhere next year, getting too expensive to insure a WAV with them. Definitely shop around! Reviewed on: 26th August 2023

Unhelpful.

Fish Insurance refused to renew my annual insurance on my WAV because my wife had recently died who was my main passenger. Thanks for absolutely nothing fish. You're all heart. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2022
