Efficient application process

Unfortunately I was required to provide further documentation as part of the checks to open an account which I had done via postal application. That said, I found the telephone contact made to sort this out to be polite and efficient. It was reassuring to receive regular contact via phone about the progress of my successful application. Opening an account at Coaville Branch

I have current and savings acounts with the Coalville bank branch of Lloyds bank. With possible closure of the branch, I decided to check out the remaining local financial institutions particularly for savings. A few weeks ago, I checked with the Coalvile branch of the H & R Building Society of their closure, they said no. On Saturday 25th November I went in to open a savings account. I had the various savings accounts explained to me, decided on the one to suit my needs and within 1/2 an hour the account was open. The member of staff was very personable and I was 100% happy with service I had received. Reviewed on: 27th November 2023

The calls are picked up swiftly and all of the team provide every assistance within an impossible and highly frustrating regulatory framework. The proactivity in terms of calls from them to navigate through the forms and identity verification in the context of the timeframes in a dynamic interest rate environment is exceptional.
