Excellent member of staff...

Excellent member of staff spent one hour and eight minutes sorting out an application / password difficulty. It didn't appear to matter how long the problem took to solve, she was determined to solve it. And she did. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL

Each time I visit my branch in Rugby I am met eith a smile. The staff are so patient and professional in their manner. Nothing is too much trouble. I recommend this Building Society to all. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Excellent Customer Service

We used H&RBS for the first time last year to purchase ISAs. The branch staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We valued having access to a branch in our village. Calls to customer support were answered promptly and queries addressed quickly. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
