A letter had obviously gone missing

A letter had obviously gone missing,sent late February but never delivered here. Got a phone call about my savings account which had matured that day, to remind me I hadn't given my instructions as usual. Without that call I wouldn't have known to go to the local office to sort it out before the money was tied back up again. Many thanks. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

i choose only branch based savings providers such as Hinckley and Rugby, its good to have face to face contact , for informative ,timely and accurate advice on current savings products. I wanted to move a 90 day withdrawal account into a ISA which I was able to do without 90 day notice, so was very pleased to see up the ISA the same day without any fuss, I was given a form to fill out in store so I wasn't wasting my time having to come back another day, after reading about which ISA would suit me best I set up the ISA account the very same day.
