A letter had obviously gone missing

A letter had obviously gone missing,sent late February but never delivered here. Got a phone call about my savings account which had matured that day, to remind me I hadn't given my instructions as usual. Without that call I wouldn't have known to go to the local office to sort it out before the money was tied back up again. Many thanks. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
