Shocking

Used telephone banking to change my address as I have moved. The person I spoke to was not at all clear and spoke very quietly I asked them if they would talk louder but throughout the call they spoke very quietly. They told me after about half an hour that I had not passed the security questions and that the account was locked and I would have to go into a branch of the bank to rectify. The only branch in Northampton is in the town center is closed until 19th December?? My personal account details are being sent to the old address where all the occupants will now have access to my account?? Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

Missing some features

Is a good bank, but misses some features on the app, like more details when clicking on transactions, export payment confirmation in PDF too. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Great switch

I switched to HSBC in January 2023 and the whole process was done very smoothly. Their app was a little complicated to get set up but now works fine. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
