Friendly staff helped my teen set up bank account

After running into problems trying to set my under-18 year old up with an HSBC My Money account online, we visited the Derby branch. The member of staff we saw was incredible. He was very friendly and put my nervous teenager at ease to the extent that my teen was happily asking questions about everything he wanted to know about the account. The staff member walked my teen through the account step by step and gave us all the time we needed, we didn't feel rushed at all. Even my teen later commented on how helpful the staff member had been. The experience left me with a very satisfied, happy teen, who now had a bank account with money in it. Easy to set up
