Competitive interest rates when compared to the big banks. However, online banking page is not the best and telephone banking is terrible with very long wait times. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Great switch

I switched to HSBC in January 2023 and the whole process was done very smoothly. Their app was a little complicated to get set up but now works fine. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Main bank

Been with Santander for over 10 years and it's been a fairly great bank. Telephone lines are always busy and take about 20 minutes to get through but online chat has been easier to get through. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Easy application and the app is good. Customer service through the app chat is great and been easy to work out any problems through that. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
