Lloyds Bank offer three levels of home insurance.

The Bronze policy is the most basic cover, Silver and Gold policies include accidental damage cover. Legal expenses cover is also included as standard in the Silver and Gold policies. Home emergency cover is an optional upgrade on all three policies.

Nearly lost for words at poor service

Almost unbelievable poor customer service with regard to claiming through home insurance, and a staggeringly bad policy/poor instructions when trying to provide them with evidence with what has been stolen. Have had to send them the same thing three times now and still getting nowhere with it. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Reviewed on: 6th June 2017

I had accident truck trailer both are total loss, claim still under presses since 12/22/16,everything they received but didn't send us check,udjuser everytime make excuse,I'm sit home since had accident waiting for my check so I can buy new truck,please guys stay away from this insurance company,find batter one, I'm going to file law suit against them if somebody els stuck because of this shit insurance company,please email [email protected], Reviewed on: 28th February 2017

Excellent advice reduced our insurance

Our insurance premium was greatly reduced last year when we switched to Lloyds - we had a comprehensive chat with a member of staff who was confident they could reduce our premium. He was correct and we got better cover for the much reduced price. This year it has gone up slightly but is still considerably lower than the company we switched from. Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

Not the cheapest but the easiest!

So we may pay more with lloyds, but the amount of cover we get is great for what we need. It was so easy to set up insurance, just a few questions about lifestyle and where we live and boom! We've moved house twice since we have signed up, and each time they give us a new quote of how much difference it will be. The support team are so friendly and there when you need them! Punished for loyalty

Had a Lloyds buildings policy for 14 years. Went up each year compounding considerably with no notification of this. Checked this years quote and was 320% of highest quote on money supermarket.com and 400% of current market quote from Lloyds themselves!! Challenged this with customer complaints and eventually told 'they were happy with the calculations'. Will be taking this to the FCA. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2016

my catastrophic leak

Lloyds were superb when we had a catastrophic leak last year. They were very effecicient once they found out it was not deliberate and were very helpful and we able to choose our replaceable items within a reasonable cost Reviewed on: 20th October 2016
