A loyal customer for over 15 years but all I got was grief!

I stayed with HSBC purely as I didn't know how easy it was to switch and my parents had been customers for what seems like forever. I'm so glad I switched. Looking back I had poor rates of interest, poor communication and poor customer service from both telephone support and in branch help. Reviewed on: 20th January 2017

Not the cheapest but the easiest!

So we may pay more with lloyds, but the amount of cover we get is great for what we need. It was so easy to set up insurance, just a few questions about lifestyle and where we live and boom! We've moved house twice since we have signed up, and each time they give us a new quote of how much difference it will be. The support team are so friendly and there when you need them! Love lloyds so glad I switched!

I switched to lloyds because my partner had an account and it was easier to have a joint account with them. That was two years ago and we haven't had any problems whatsoever! Moving house has been easy, adding extras has been simple and the extra rewards we get are amazing! Reviewed on: 20th January 2017
