Reinvesting funds. I completed the forms which were easy and left them. The transaction went well and cheque and passbook were returned to me. Reviewed on: 29th July 2024

90 days notice withdrawal

Gave 90 days notice to withdraw funds on our account. The only problem was that I was given different advice in Kirkby in Ashfield to that given in Sutton in Ashfield. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Contact, resolution and admin process very efficient.

Contacted The Mansfield 'Business Accounts Team' re- closing one account and transfering funds to another new account. Responsible Manager got back fairly quickly and was responsive / helpful to queries. Communication relating to necessary administration was forwarded to us and once submitted the setting up of the account was very efficient and timely. The only negative, and Mansfield is not the only provider not doing this, is that they had never let us know that there were better accounts available to us offering better rates of interest. Yes, it is our responsibility, but how about being an institution that is more proactive in this aspect. However, regarding our latest transaction - from initial contact to responsible Manager dealing and administrative processes - all were very efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

I wanted to open a trust account but didn't know where to start, the staff at Mansfield building society were great they explained everything about a trust account and even helped with the application and gave me a ring when the account was open. Reviewed on: 21st July 2024

The staff always greet you with a smile. They give very good advice on various accounts and answer all questions asked. It is wonderful to enter a building society where you are treated as a valuable customer. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

I closed my account.

I closed my account. The cashier wasn't sure if I would receive a penalty for closing my account, so she had to ask a colleague who wasn't sure either. I would think this is something that they should know. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024
