Old fashioned but nice

Dealing with MBS is like turning the clock back 30 years. Passbooks, filing cabinets, cheques. Can’t help thinking efficiencies could be made without harming the excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

The staff are always first class ,helpful and friendly.

The staff are always first class ,helpful and friendly.However for me it was time to move on to a facility where I can bank online at my leisure and move my money around without leaving the house.Also it has to be said better savings rates are out there. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Great customer experience

Always have a great experience when I go into either Mansfield or Sutton. Mansfield has improved tremendously in the past few months. Always get a great welcome from the team there.
