The staff are always first class ,helpful and friendly.

The staff are always first class ,helpful and friendly.However for me it was time to move on to a facility where I can bank online at my leisure and move my money around without leaving the house.Also it has to be said better savings rates are out there. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Excellent product ,Easy to use

From first opening the account and then using the service ,I believe both the Saver and the current accounts are really user friendly and so very easy to use . With good rates on saving and the round up account not to mention the cash back on spends an excellent customer friendly product. Well done Chase Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
