Love Metro bank, get your cards printed whilst you are there, customer service is excellent, can use my cards on holiday in Europe and not get ripped off with charges, app is great and easy to use - I even got given some treats for my dog (who by the way is allowed into the bank!). BELIEVE ME I DID IT --FOLLOWING MONTHS OF BEING MESSED ABOUT BY THE " BEND OVER --GRASP YOUR ANKLES --AND BRACE YOURSELF" ---HAUGHTY AND UNBELIEVABLY ARROGANT --COMPLETELY AND MISLEADINGLY MISNAMED--CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT---THE WORKERS THERE ARE EXCELLENT FOR THE MOST PART --EVEN IF SOMEWHAT OUT OF THEIR DEPTH AT TIMES --BUT THE MANAGEMENT END OF IT MUST BE ON BONUSES FOR ARROGANCE DISPLAYED AND COVER UP OF THE TRUTH-- AND PAST EXPERIENCE TEACHES THAT YOU CAN THROW A LORRY ENGINE FARTHER ON A COLD AND FROSTY MORNING THAN YOU CAN TRUST EITHER THEIR IMPARTIALITY OR INTEGRITY--ASK FOR FAIR TREATMENT FIRST AND IF NO SAVVY SHORTLY AFTERWARDS- GO STRAIGHT TO THE COUNTY COURT OTHERWISE THESE WILL HAVE YOU ON A PIECE OF STRING FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE PREPARED TO CONTINUE BEING SHAFTED BY THEM AND PIGS WILL GROW WINGS BEFORE IT CROSSES THEIR MIND TO TREAT YOU FAIRLY
