Easy to use, local branch, helpful staff, works well

Great and super helpful.

I was changing current account from different bank.

I was changing current account from different bank. Hadn’t any problems to make new with this bank. Always in touch with client showing small adverts or reminders in phone app. Reminding when is not enough money on account to cover payment eg. DD, which giving time to pay same day . Whether it’s their banking services or customer support, they always provide reliable and efficient assistance. The mobile app is easy to use, making it simple to manage my finances on the go. I also appreciate their competitive rates and the added benefits of being a member. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues, their customer service team has been helpful and professional.
