Nationwide’s FlexBasic current account is for customers who don't hold a UK current account or don't qualify for another Nationwide current account.

There’s no monthly fee for FlexBasic and Nationwide automatically open a savings account for you at the same time. The account doesn’t have an arranged overdraft facility.

Bad Customer Service

Its approaching two months since i applied for a new ISA account including a transfer from another bank. I have phoned twice. One call took over an hour to get through. I have sent a complaint but this hasnt been dealt with. Terrible customer service. Reviewed on: 11th May 2021
