Suspended my account on another site. No wonder Saga get high scores when bad reviews aren't published. Twice I waited 25 minutes to be hung up on. No answer to my complaint

Its approaching two months since i applied for a new ISA account including a transfer from another bank. I have phoned twice. One call took over an hour to get through. I have sent a complaint but this hasnt been dealt with. Terrible customer service.
