Confusing sometimes regarding issue with seller/returns

Very confusing claims for the issues with the seller. Providing tracking no of return, when seller doesn't want to accept return.. or the address is abroad(ex.China) and buyer is not happy to return item to China. As cost might be more that returning item itself. Should be more straightforward. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
