Might be the Cheapest insurance but the customer journey is shocking. Paid for my insurance three weeks in advance, received one email asking for additional information by 20th January. On the 20th January 5 days because my policy even started i received an email to say my policy will be cancelled on the 28th January with no option to rectify this. They do noy pay out

Refused to pay for shower leak because I run remote business from a shed. Notice that their positive reviews relate to how easy it is to buy, not how good they are on actually paying out. Yes, sure, they are excellent at taking your money, not so much at actually proving the cover they are supposed to provide. Go somewhere else. Reviewed on: 1st December 2024

Disappointing Service, Unexplained Denials, and Poor.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Policy Expert UK and Trinity Claims. Despite submitting valid claims on my policy, every single one has been denied without any clear explanation or reasoning, leaving me completely in the dark about their decision-making process. Their customer service is equally frustrating. They fail to call back at the agreed times, don’t respond to messages in their portal, and treat you as though you’re being dishonest just for filing a claim. The interac... Was not warned in advance about renewals

I had a fine experience with Policy Expert but didn’t have any warnings when policies would be renewed. Therefore I was automatically renewed a number of times. The first first was fine, price rose by £5 per year. The second renewal they put it up by £50 with no warning! I cancelled straight away. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

At renewal, we send our renewal invites to customers 30 days before their policy expiry date to ensure they have plenty of time to inform us of any changes before the renewal is processed. However, changes can still be made afterwards, if needed. If your policy is due to renew, premiums can go up for multiple reasons, even if everything in your application is the same. Less anxiety?

Less Anxiety - Their premiums have been consistently competitive. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Notice of renewals are sent in plenty of time should one wish to consult the market. Regular advice is received on matters pertinent to any conscientious consumer in all areas of risk - home, car and life policies.
