Mutuality should be supported!

Opened a savings account, but the cheque wasn’t depo...

Opened a savings account, but the cheque wasn’t deposited for nearly 2 weeks, had to go into the SW branch to ask why it hadn’t been deposited. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Customer service at its best!

My problem with being locked out of my online account was dealt with so well, even though it took a few contacts to resolve. The staff were so friendly and efficient. It's so good to get to talk to an advisor (not a machine), without delays, when doing 'on line' chats and by phone. I would definitely recommend this building society.
