Opened a savings account, but the cheque wasn’t deposited for nearly 2 weeks, had to go into the SW branch to ask why it hadn’t been deposited. We were dealt with professionally and promptly and the cheques was deposited there and then along with an apology from the young girl of which was appreciated Reviewed on: 20th September 2024
