Changing the type of accounts we hold

I rang about 5 weeks ago to give notice and spoke to Zoe who was helpful and set everything in motion. Then we spoke to Debbie when the 30 days were up and she guided us through the options. The papers arrived a couple of days later and we are just waiting for confirmation that everything is now sorted. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

I went to the bank today to find it closed. I called and spoke to Zoe, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Helped me transfer money as I couldn’t do it online and she wa very chatty and friendly. Probably the best person I have spoken to on recent months regarding customer service.
