An excellent local banking facility.

Always a satisfying visit. Especially now that Barclay, Lloyds, Halifax and Santander have abandoned their customers and done a runner from the town! Staff are always cheerful and helpful, steering you in the right direction for your benefit. Excellent products to suit a wide variety of situations. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Easy to view and access online savings products. I like I can view savings accounts and keep an eye on interest rates at any time with the mobile app. I find interest rates competitive. Also informative messages at times and remembered to wish me happy birthday! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Good interest rates for savings

I have been a savings customer for a few years now. The interest rates have been consistently high and the app is relatively easy to use. I was disappointed with customer service about a promotion for recommending someone where I was eligible and did not receive the promised token- when I raised it, I got an unhelpful response that did not explain things adequately. Amazing staff for an amazing Building Society.

They are always professional and listening. They have attractive products and some of the best interest rates for savings accounts. They keep you informed about the Bank of England interest rates and also they always give you the chance to give your opinion on how the Building Society is managed. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
