I contacted customer services due to log-in issues to my account. While they could not resolve them immediately, eventually it was resolved when using another device for the log-in. Customer sergices were polite and patient when dealing with this. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024

Regular saver

I recently closed one of my regular saver accounts as I was offered a better rate elsewhere. I had to go online to do this and it wasn’t 100% clear how to close the account & get the interest paid, so I withdrew the funds and had to send a message to ask for account closure. High quality customer service.

Calls are answered promptly. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been knowledgeable and helpful instead of transferring me to others they have been able to solve the issues themselves. The online sign up process was easy as was setting up the app. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
