Had a great experience with Lyn from the Halstead branch, who was efficient and courteous. She helped me solve my issue quickly, and checked I had everything I needed going forward. Excellent customer service.

Saffron staff are always helpful , knowledgeable ,polite and friendly . And of course , unlike some businesses, it is easy to speak to a human !! Which is great positive as I dislike having to try and get an answer from a robot . Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

The staff are lovely

The staff are always lovely in their interactions (telephone and online messaging). The products vary but they do have some good savings rates for members. The app is clean and works but you do have to wait until office hours for internal transfer to work. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
