Customer service at its best!

My problem with being locked out of my online account was dealt with so well, even though it took a few contacts to resolve. The staff were so friendly and efficient. It's so good to get to talk to an advisor (not a machine), without delays, when doing 'on line' chats and by phone. I would definitely recommend this building society.
