Excellent service

I had to unfortunately raise money, by way of a mortgage, at the ripe old age of 71! I went to a Financial Advisor, who approached Family Building Society. The process from start to finish was first class by both companies. The mortgage was agreed and was set up easily. When I had a query, this was answered clearly and immediately, via telephone. Switching my mortgage.

I telephoned to arrange my mortgage switch and the agent couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the working of the associated savings account, which I'd never come across before. She also explained that the cashback offer, which I'd seen online, applied to re-mortgaging, rather than switching. I was then informed about what would happen next. Excellent service!
