I am delighted by the fantastic service

I contacted by phone Family BS on thursday and Friday 21st and 22nd November 2024. Both ladies whom dealt with my calls were fantastic, I am pleased to say that the nature of my 2 calls were dealt with in the most polite and professional manner I was in fact so impressed that after my bond matured I re invested again into a new savings account with the Family BS. Keep up the fantastic service that the telephone operators provide I am really pleased with their way of dealing with queries. A brilliant experience which in this day and age is most refreshing. Windfall Bond changes

My family have a number of Windfall Bonds whic when I opened them we used to get a list of winners each month. The Society now says it is impracticle to publish winners which I strongly disagree with. It would show openess in the procedure without disclosing too much information about the winners private details as was the case originally. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
