I am delighted by the fantastic service

I contacted by phone Family BS on thursday and Friday 21st and 22nd November 2024. Both ladies whom dealt with my calls were fantastic, I am pleased to say that the nature of my 2 calls were dealt with in the most polite and professional manner I was in fact so impressed that after my bond matured I re invested again into a new savings account with the Family BS. Keep up the fantastic service that the telephone operators provide I am really pleased with their way of dealing with queries. A brilliant experience which in this day and age is most refreshing. Great Customer Services

The interest rate is competitive, and the website is easy to navigate. I'm particularly impressed with Customer Services, I have today spoken with a lady from Customer Services and she was brilliant. She was tolerant, patient & informative and got the business sorted. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
