Following info from HMRC I rang to ask for info forwarded to HMRC. I spoke to David who acceded to my request. He was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the info I received (not from him) was not relevant. A second phone call resolved the matter. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Great customer experience and prompt replies to questions

I invested in a Family Building Society Windfall Bond. Have never heard of the company I did some research and still felt nervous! I am pleased to say I found all interactions prompt, efficient and professional. A mobile friendly webpage would be a useful improvement, that is a minor point. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Staff answer the phones immediately, are friendly, patient and well informed. Products also. competetive. Only. critique , your inability to accept bank transfers have resulted in delay to completions . I think you should as a financial business review this situation. Reviewed on: 29th December 2022

Windfall Bond

Bring the WFB back to sizeable investors. Nationwide ran a 12m draw much "fairer" than the FBS bond. Scrap the "Blank Tickets" & alot to your members ! (IF they intend to limit the numbers, then introduce eg. Holders with a minimum of say 2 or 3 to qualify. Another eg. Halifax investors criteria £5k minimum. Reviewed on: 16th December 2022

Fixed Rate Bond

Poor interest rates

Their easy access account now pays the lowest interest rates in the high street amongst other B/S, where before it used to be one of the best, VERY disappointed. Reviewed on: 30th November 2022
