Wholly unacceptable poor service

Since I now have to re-submit a verification code to access my existing account, that code should be provided within 24 hours. Relying on Royal Mail, whose service is currently very poor and unreliable, not to say insecure, is completely unacceptable. It's your responsibility to provide the new verification code. If you insist on doing that by hardcopy, then it's up to you to carry the cost of a courier service. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Dysfunctional service

My inquiry was about being shut out of my account because the FBS still hadn't supplied the verification code for my login. Telling me to login in order to get a secure message was beyond insulting! Reviewed on: 9th August 2025
