Do Not Give Them Your Business

Purchased a windfall bond with the chance of winning a cash prize, however what Family Building Socioty do not tell you is that they were entering blank tickets into the draw meaning no customer won a cash prize, a very dishonest society one to defenetly avoid. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

WE have had a family mortgage with the society and a number of savings products. All products were competitive and the service has been excellent and felt personal. Not just a number? Sumaya was so patient and kind helping me to log on when I was blocked as memorable information would not be accepted. Not brilliant tech-wise and she stayed with me on the phone until I managed to resolve the problem with her help.
